Early Amber Grapes kugel with embossed leaves is of thick glass and quiet heavy.  Great antique looking kugel with a little bit of breakdown in the silvering. Still has a good amber look when held to the light. The very tip has like a tint of gray.  Cap is a tight beehive. Please check out the pictures by the link for more product information. Kugels with embossed leafs are most likely French origin as they all have the words "MARQUE  DEPOSÉ embossed somewhere at the leafs (lightly to see on the pictures)

Beautiful Schecken Kugel

Beautifully multi colored Schecken Kugel. Nice soft color scheme in this piece. Paint is very good all over and top is closed off by a cork with a finial-loop hanger. The glass feels thick and is blown to a rather irregular shape, somewhat wider than tall. The cork feels like it must be glued tight. Huge 10" Green Kugel

This beautiful green kugel is 10 " in diameter.  There are no signs of  silver deterioration anywhere. No dark spots. None. Just a perfect mirror like surface all over.  There is a 1/2" bubble in the glass near the bottom of the kugel. There is a Made in France sticker near the cap.
Weight is 1 1/2 lbs... French kugels are lighter than the German ones.. Check out all pictures by the link below, please. 31 1/2 " in circumference.

Rare and Heavy Turquoise Egg shaped Kugel

Rare turquoise in color kugel is egg shaped with somewhat of a flattened bottom. Its glass is very thick and a very early blown piece. Interior silvering shows spotting and shows deterioration that creates a smokey look. You can see and feel the concentric ridges that run midway to the very bottom.  Asmall 1/8" round bite or surface nick is located in the middle. You can see it's shadow on the silvering. There is no fracture in the glass itself. The cap fits very snugly to top. Please check out the pictures by the link for more product information. Early Big and very Heavy Amber Egg Shaped Kugel

Big early egg shaped kugel intensely amber in color. The glass is very thick and it is very heavy and has a lot of irregulations in the glass due the blowing procedure at that early time period . Beehive cap fits tight. Below at the very bottom of the egg it shows silver loss but the glass is colored and when the egg is hanging it looks very nice with great antique patina, spreads out a lot of warmth. Dark Green Kugel

Early dark green kugel. Glass is thick and silvering strong though it has some dark spots on it. It looks like an early German kugel but it has a French cap which is split at one place. The kugel is in very nice condition for its age.

Large Silver Egg Shaped Kugel

Great large egg shaped kugel  has a few blemishes in the silvering so that it has not a perfect mirror condition but the interior silvering is very nice still. There is a thin ring of wear around the cap where the wire holding the cap on has worn away the silvering. There are a few bubbles in the glass as commonly seen. Beehive cap is loose to where it rotates an can barely be lifted above the surface of the glass. In all a rare sized egg for your consideration.
